Distribution Center Warehouse Foreman. (District)

 

The District Warehouse Foreman, supervises a specific section or work shift of (20) or more

 associates at a District Distribution Center.

 

• Duties and responsibilities include directing activities involved in the receipt, inspection, ticketing, order picking and storage of warehouse merchandise. Also Responsible for arranging clearance of merchandise from the warehouse to branch and location stores.

 

Service Center District Manager.

 

The District Manager is responsible for the overall operations of (9) Regional Service Centers.

Responsible for ensuring the Service Centers staff provides outstanding customer service, manages a

well-trained and motivated staff, and maintains a clean and pleasant Service Centers to ensure that

customers have an extraordinary experience. The responsibilities for the position include:

 

• Select, train, coach, schedule and ensure high performance and morale among personnel.

• Ensure a highly satisfying experience for every single guest.

• Ensure compliance with Federal, State and local laws as well as company policies and

procedures.

• Manage revenue and expenses.

• Order and manage inventory and supplies.

• Be responsible for basic administrative needs of several Service Centers.

 

                           Command Sergeant Major/Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Commanding General.

 

                          Senior enlisted advisor to the Commanding General; comprehensive training and

                          experience in supervising and coordinating critical maintenance material and

                          transportation support tasks; competence in organizing and providing supervisory

                          oversight for daily operations of a large-scale, forward deployed force of (15,000)

                          personnel and more than (300) aircraft.

 

• Immediate responsibility for the efficient operation of the command transportation functions and safety procedures including planning, prioritizing and scheduling mission essential work and activities.

• Direct experience with civilian contractors and International Transportation and Maintenance Systems regulations; expertise in communicating with all levels of allied and Foreign National military and civilian personnel.

• Actively involved in the conduct of technical training for all assigned personnel; additional command-level oversight for health, welfare and safety functions.
